Standard Agreements

We have developed a number of standard agreements to make sure that projects work smoothly. Normally there is an Agreement for Consultancy Services and an accompanying Non Disclosure Agreement.  Intellectual Property is normally dealt with by SFL owning the Copyright - we grant the Client a Licence to use the designed or developed material.  The NDA helps both sides - SFL and the Client.  We have created unique intellectual property in our models and techniques for development: we want you to be able to benefit from them but we also want to protect the work that has gone into them. Two Agreements are shown here - one applied to the strategy development work with the Imperial War Museum's five sites in 2009 and one for the 2011 workshop on interpretation development with the National Trust's national team of consultants. The workshop series on interpretation was developed with Historic Royal Palaces in 2006 and 2007 - see Diana: a Princess Remembered for some illustrations of these techniques in action.
